Agreement between the user and Sammy First LLC (doing business as Lowkey AI Tech).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, mobile application, or service operated by Sammy First LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "Lowkey AI Tech"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access our services.
2. Nature of Software & Non-Legal Advice Disclaimer
Certain software products (including DisputeNinja) provide self-help templates, statutory references, and automated formatting tools for educational and consumer self-advocacy purposes. Sammy First LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or attorney-client relationships.Users requiring legal counsel should consult a licensed attorney.
3. Billing, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
In-app purchases on Android devices are handled through the Google Play Store and governed by Google Play's Terms of Service. Web purchases are securely processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your Google Play account settings or Stripe customer portal.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or abuse our APIs or servers. Automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, or violation of third-party platform terms will result in immediate termination of access.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
